RETURN POLICY

Unused items may be returned within 60 days, tags still attached. HOWEVER… over the course of a year if your bag should fail due to a construction defect, do let us know! We will gladly repair or replace it!

Should you wish to return your Derin purchase, please email us at sales@derincollection.com or call us at 877-DERIN-50 9-5 EST, Mon-Fri. We accept returns within 60 days, tags attached for full refund.

We do not accept COD returns.

SHIPPING

All orders ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. All orders are shipped from Red Hook, NY. Most items are shipped within 24 hours. Office hours 9am-5pm EST. Please note: We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. 

Orders must be received by 1PM EST for Next Day shipping. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another to inform you that your order has shipped, including tracking information.

FABRIC CONTENT & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

The fabric content of our fabrics consists of a polyester blend.

We recommend you hand wash your Derin bag in cool water, using a mild detergent . Should your bag have a hard bottom, this is a cardboard insert, and you will want to spot clean. Lay the bag flat to dry, pulling the liner inside out.
